Leeds City Council is overseeing Sharing the Success and delivering some of the projects. The programme team are based at White Rose House on York Place in Leeds and come under the Enterprise Leeds group of organisations.
Simon Brereton - LEGI Programme Manager
Simon has 25 years experience of running projects, programmes, organisations and businesses. His role is to lead the Sharing the Success programme and to manage the programme team.
Neill Fishman - Senior Business Development Officer
Neill has worked in the field of business support for a number for years for both Leeds City Council and Wakefield MDC. He currently works on project development and programme management and is responsible for managing some of the key LEGI capital projects.
Neil Charlesworth - Business Development Officer
Neil has spent his career to date working in business support for both Leeds City Council and the DTI. He co-ordinates a number of LEGI projects ensuring that each contributes to achieving transformational change and manages the LEGI programme budget. Neil works with this team two days a week.
Amrit Choda - Business Development Officer
Amrit has worked in Economic Development for nearly 20 years. She has co-coordinated projects and facilitated events for women and other business support schemes. Her role here is to support and monitor some of the projects and also facilitate the events with partners.
Katie Dunlevey - Business Development Officer
Katie has worked for the Council's Business and Enterprise team for the last seven years. She was involved in the development of the LEGI bid and is now working on the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of this programme.
Kalpna Mistry - LEGI Marketing Officer
Kalpna has worked in marketing communications for a number of years including roles in insurance, financial services and business support. She co-ordinates the marketing activity for the programme which includes finding cases studies where the programme is making a real difference to people's lives.
Jonathon Reay - Information Assistant
Jonathon is a BA (Hons) Business Studies student at Leeds Metropolitan University. He is working on a one year placement with the team as the programme Information Assistant. He is the first point of contact for the public for Sharing the Success and will answer the freephone number, and deal with email and text enquiries. He will also support the team to communicate more effectively with partners and other organisations.
Ligan Cornwell - Administrative Assistant
Ligan has worked in secretarial/administrative posts for Leeds City Council for the past 10 years. She provides administrative/clerical and project management support to the LEGI Programme Team.
