Rise is a one-storey modular building which contains a construction training facility managed by the Leeds College of Building. It also provides 'taster sessions' in construction skills such as bricklaying and joinery to residents and young people.
The facility is used by students from the Leeds College of Building and the David Young Academy. Partners involved in this project include Leeds City Council, East and South Leeds Regeneration Programme, Leeds College of Building, Construction Leeds and David Young Academy.
